Overview

When C. McKeon first approached the owner of Warnerdale square, it was a dilapidated strip center with two empty pad buildings out front. Heslin Holdings formed a joint venture partnership with the existing owner and moved forward on revitalizing the property.

The project had multiple hurdles from the start, the largest being that the 36,000 square foot center was severely under parked. Heslin Holdings assisted our partners through its critical relationships within the City of Huntington Beach to obtain a parking variance.

Most significantly, the team then leased and obtained entitlements for the Eastern most vacant pad building (former bank) to construct a brand new multi-tenant drive-thru building anchored by Starbucks.

Additionally, Heslin Holdings leased the vacant middle pad to a Salon Suites concept as well as completing a full facade renovation of the U-shaped building towards the back of the center.
