The acquisition of the Babies R Us located at 4619 N Oracle Rd in Tucson, AZ marks Heslin Holdings’ most aggressive acquisition to date.
Heslin had previously identified the big box several months before the property became available through the Toys R Us store closings. When the box went on the market, the Heslin team moved quickly to secure the location.
The TRU/BRU action process required that Heslin execute at light speed with a 5 day escrow and closing period and significant non-refundable deposit money due day one.
Heslin Holdings closed on the property in November of 2018 with a growing, regional tenant-in-tow. The Heslin team is excited for the upcoming grand opening.
