Warnerdale Square

When Heslin Holdings first approached Warnerdale Square it was a 36,000 s.f. run-down strip center along with three pads, two of which were vacant. Heslin assisted our partners through its relationships within the City of Huntington Beach to obtain a parking variance since the center is severely under parked. Heslin then leased and obtained entitlements for the Eastern most vacant pad building to construct a brand new multi-tenant drive-thru building anchored by Starbucks. Heslin is also currently negotiating with tenants to lease the vacant middle restaurant pad building.

Heslin is excited to announce that construction on the project recently began in August 2018 and is expected to be complete in mid-2019.
