Just 5 miles east of Downtown Albuquerque, Plaza 66 was only 25% occupied and suffered from extreme deferred maintenance. Considering many developments in the surrounding area, Heslin Holdings recognized its strong location and wanted to capitalize on the growing Central Ave corridor gentrification. This 110,000 SF shopping center is a joint venture project via the Waken Family with plans to redevelop the existing buildings on the property.
