Acquisition Criteria

We pursue value-add and opportunistic real estate acquisitions throughout the U.S. in markets with strong market indicators/trends. Our unique corporate structure allows us to be flexible, act quickly while at the same time providing incentives to brokers who bring us off market/value add opportunities.

Our Value-Add Property Preferences Include:

  • Properties with significant deferred maintenance in the Retail, Industrial, Multifamily, Hospitality and Senior Housing sectors.

  • Anchored or Un-Anchored Retail Shopping Centers

  • Vacant Retail and Industrial Buildings

  • Mixed Use properties with a Retail and Multifamily component

  • Built to Suit opportunities

  • Ground Lease purchases with at least 45 years left remaining

  • Sale/Leaseback Opportunities

  • Land for Retail and Industrial development

  • Portfolio purchases across the U.S.

  • Joint Ventures with existing property owners or Sponsors.
